At MARMY FÜRDŐSZOBA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bathroom fixtures and accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, manuals, and protective styrofoam are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our central warehouse using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs for large sanitary ware are the responsibility of the customer.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies that the products are in resalable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
